Beyonce, Jay Z, and it appears quite a lot of people on the internet, want Michelle Obama to run for president of the United States in 2020. Beyonce is said to be heartbroken over Hillary Clinton’s loss and “cried” and “held Blue Ivy tightly” after Donald Trump’s win for the presidency.
Hollywood Life has exclusively revealed that Beyonce and Jay Z want the current first lady, Michelle Obama, to run for president in 2020.
“They are both convinced that she would be the ultimate candidate, and have spoken to the first lady about the possibility of this many times. With [Donald] Trump winning, Beyonce will continue to encourage Michelle to run for president in 2020.”
Beyonce and Jay Z desperately want Michelle Obama to run for president in 2020 after learning about Donald Trump’s win, according to The USA News Online.
“They are both persuaded that she would be a definitive applicant, and have addressed the principal woman about the likelihood of this multiple occasions. With [Donald] Trump winning, Beyonce will keep on encouraging Michelle to keep running for president in 2020.”
The 35-year-old singer and her 46-year-old rapper husband both appeared at a concert in Ohio on Hillary Clinton’s behalf on November 4, just days before Election Day.
However, now that Hillary has lost, it seems that the superstar couple has turned their focus toward Michelle Obama. Beyonce and Jay Z have been tight with the Obamas for quite a while now.
Beyonce, Jay Z, and Blue Ivy even spent Easter at the White House with the Obamas last year, according to Daily Mail.
Beyonce and Jay Z helped their daughter on an epic Easter egg hunt on the South Lawn.
In 2011 Beyonce altered her song “Get Me Bodied” to “Move Your Body” for Michelle Obama’s anti-obesity campaign.
Last year, Michelle Obama introduced Beyonce at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival saying she “adores” her.

“That was a huge downer for her and her family, and it was particularly hard for Bey personally because she was such an outspoken Hillary [Clinton] supporter. She cried and held Blue Ivy so tightly after realizing Trump had won.
“All she could do was comfort Blue, kiss her forehead and remind her how intelligent, strong and beautiful she is and told her to never forget it. Bey and Jay Z are still trying come to terms with this election.”
